Information Black Tie Collects From You

When you place an order for ski/snowboard rentals or other products, we request certain Personal Data from you on our order form. You must provide contact information such as:
General Lead Renter Information
- first and last name
- email address
- phone number
- billing address
- financial information such as credit card number, expiration date and security code.
- first and last name, gender, height, weight, shoe size, age, ski/snowboard ability level, and lodging property during your stay.
The primary use of this information is for billing purposes and to complete the transaction / rental fitting. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
If you create an account, you must provide your first and last name, email address and a password. In some cases, you might also provide a mailing address, phone number. We retain information on your behalf, such as itineraries or other files that you store using your account.
In addition, we will also collect the personal information that you provide when you:
- register to use our Website or use certain features of our Website
- utilize a social media platform
- enter a competition or promotion or respond to a survey
- contact us through our website or live chat
- provide information in public forums
In addition to information we collect to complete a purchase, when you use our Site we automatically collect information which helps us improve our Site. We associate this information with Personal Data about you if you have registered on the Site.
